Fylde Footology

My Story

As someone who has struggled with their health for most of their life, I feel I am in a powerful position to help other individuals find inner balance. I first learned about this fantastic complementary therapy many years ago, which resulted in having a treatment whilst seeing a friend in London many moons ago, and thought it was simply bliss.

Life moved on and I was busily immersed in the world of having babies and had very little time to myself. As my children grew older, I managed to find more time for myself and started researching alternative therapies that could possibly help with my condition. I had been struggling for a while with fatigue, hormones, and a previous diagnosis of ME/CFS, and decided to book another reflexology session. It was even more wonderful than I had remembered. The sheer luxury of an hour’s uninterrupted relaxation was brilliant in itself. And over time, I learned how reflexology could help me with sleep, back pain, and a general sense of calmness, giving me a greater sense of wellbeing overall.

I want to give that amazing gift to as many people as possible, which is why I am now a dedicated and friendly reflexologist in St Anne’s.
