Fylde Footology

Holistic treatments adapted to you

I understand that life gets stressful very quickly. Sometimes the best thing to do for yourself is have a complete break, and my reflexology treatment helps you to do exactly that. My treatment room allows you to properly switch off and wind down in a relaxing, private setting – at a time that suits you. I know it isn’t easy to fit in an hour around children and other commitments, so I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate for your busy schedule.

So, if you are feeling under the weather and want some time to de-stress through reflexology in St Anne’s, get in touch to book your initial consultation.

Foot Reflexology

Given that our feet have over 7,000 nerve endings, this is the most popular form of reflexology treatment. We use our feet more than any other part of the body, and over time, the channels that link these nerve endings with our bodily systems become blocked, causing a build-up of tension. My work will involve gently manipulating these points in a way that gets energy running through your body again, leaving you feeling lighter, happier, and so much more relaxed.

Hand Reflexology

If you have particularly sensitive feet, foot infections, deformities, mobility issues, or simply don’t like having your feet touched, I also offer hand reflexology as an alternative option. It is just as effective; we have many reflex points on our hands that boost the health of systems all around the body. Hand reflexology can also be done at home as well. If you like, I can teach you some aftercare techniques to practice in between sessions.

Therapy Tips

Drink lots of water following your treatment and try to avoid heavy meals, caffeine and alcohol for the 24 hours after the treatment. It is often easier said than done but, if possible, you should try and allow some degree of rest time after your treatment because you are likely to feel relaxed and perhaps sleepy.

Pricing

All sessions are £40 an hour.

Discounts can be offered if block bookings are made, such as four consecutive treatments for £140.00, as opposed to £160.00. Please ask me if you are interested in this.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can often throw challenges our way. And in today’s climate, ill health can suddenly change our plans. If you need to re-arrange your appointment, please do contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. If you don’t contact me before the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee may be applicable (50% of the cost of the treatment). I will always try to be as flexible as possible but would appreciate fluid communication to work both ways.
